Photo of the Month Terms and Conditions

Submitting an entry to our competition will be taken to mean acceptance of the following terms and conditions. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions.

1.) The Best4Frames ‘Photo Of The Month Competition’ is open to residents of England, Wales and Scotland only.

2.) The competition is open to all ages but if you are under 16, you will be required to supply a valid signed parental or legal guardian consent form if successful in winning.

3.) The judge’s decision on the winner and runner up of the competition will be final.

4.) Entries should be submitted via our dedicated blog page. Entrants must submit their entry via the Woobox entry form on the dedicated blog page for each month. Submitted email addresses may be used by Best4Frames for marketing and communications purposes.

5.) ‘Slight’ digital changes are acceptable but please try and keep these to a minimum so that the submitted image is a true representation of the moment as it was when captured.

6.) Entries should not feature any infringing, threatening, abusive, obscene or pornographic content and not contain any personally identifiable information about you or others.

7.) All photos submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them, who must also be the copyright-holder. Each entrant is responsible for ensuring any image they submit has been taken with the permission of the subject and does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.

8.) By submitting an entry, you are granting Best4Frames permission to feature your image on their site, blog and any other websites or promotional materials connected to this competition, although all copyright for the image remains with the respective entrant.

9.) All entries must be received by the advertised closing date.

10.) Only one entry per month, per person will be accepted. Entrants must only enter each individual image once, i.e. no entries of the same image in more than one competition are permitted.

11.) Each month, the winner will be announced and featured in a blog post on www.best4frames.co.uk

12.) The winners and runner-ups will be selected in the week following the closing of the competition and notified via email before the end of the month.

13.) Voucher Codes are valid anytime after winning the competition. The amount reduced from basket total excludes any delivery cost (i.e. if a code is applied and then brings the basket total to below the free delivery threshold, the delivery will be charged). Voucher Codes can only be used once, even if the basket total is less than the final value of the code.

14.) Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Best4Frames and accordingly may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion. The entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Best4Frames Ltd if this occurs.

15.)This competition is being run within the guidelines set out by Facebook and Twitter regarding competitions on their networks and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with either Facebook or Twitter.
