Here at Best4Frames we are fully committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers. 2. Information we collect from you/how we collect data

2.1) We may collect and process the following data about you:

2.1.1) Details of transactions you carry out through our website www.best4frames.co.uk (the site) and of the fulfilment of your orders.

Why? To ensure that your order/s are fulfilled to your exact requirements, to ensure they arrive at their correct delivery destination and so that we are able to communicate with you.

Our website places a cookie on the hard drive of your computer. A "cookie" is a file which allows us to track and target the interests of users. In addition, our website uses third party cookies from Google Analytics for Display Advertisers, including the following features:

The information we collect and share with third parties through cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous (it does not include personal information which is likely to identify you). 4. How we process and store your information

4.1) The data that we collect from you is processed by staff who work either for us or one of our group companies or for one of our service providers. 7.1) The Site may, from time to time, contain hyperlinks to and from internet sites operated by other organisations. 8. Access to your personal information

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with that Act. The new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) builds upon this: 

8.1) You have the right to access all the personal information we hold about you, which includes all information required for placing orders on our e-commerce website. We will provide this information to you upon your request (you can make a request free of charge by contacting by any of the methods outlined below in section '9'). We will respond to all legitimate data subject access requests within 30 days.
